Headband LOVE

I made this for my sister (take notice, I used some of my beloved new fabrics).

I'll start out by showing you how to make the headband.  This is what you need (along with a glue gun, kind of failed on putting that in the picture).

You are going to be cutting a lot of circles.  Start by cutting two out of felt.  I used a ribbon roll to help me cut a circle.  It doesn't have to be that big (you can make it how ever big or small you want).

So you will have two felt circles.  Sit those aside.  (also make note that the circles don't have to be perfect, mine are in no way perfect.  not even close!)

I then took my fabric and cut out 15 circles that were the same size as the felt circles.

Once you have all your circles cut out (and your glue gun hot), pinch the middle of the circle so it looks like the picture above.

Place glue on the tip and stick to the middle of the felt circle. (You will only be using one felt circle right now, the other one will come in handy soon).

Keep gluing the fabric to the felt circle.

Your felt circle should look like this after you have all your pieces glued on.

Take your headband and glue it onto the felt circle.  (Buy cheap headbands and use hot glue and ribbon to make them the color you want.)

Then take your second piece of felt and glue it onto the other side of the headband.

Now, it should look like this!

I decided to do a photo shoot to show off the amazingness of this headband (but as you see it really just showed my goofy side and not so much of the headband).

I'll show you how to make the notebook and bag later (and by later I really mean soon, because I am official snowed in.  Anyone else ready for summer?)
